Video and broadband technology company Arris reported strong Q3 results with chairman and CEO Bob Stanzione saying that its customers are “continuing to react positively to our Motorola Home acquisition.”
“We are making good progress in delivering new products to our customers,” said Stanzione, claiming that Arris’ earnings were in line with its previously announced revenue guidance and above its earnings-per share guidance.
Overall, revenues in the third quarter were US$1.068 billion (€782 million), compared to US$357.4 million in Q3 2012. Net income was US$0.13 per-share, or US$17.96 million, compared to US$17.86 million for the same period last year.
Arris closed its acquisition of Motorola Home on April 17.
