ThinkAnalytics appoints execs

Multiplatform TV search and recommendation firm ThinkAnalytics has appointed cable industry veteran Michael Pohl as Strategic Director for Marketing and Business Development.

Pohl, who joins ThinkAnalytics’ board of directors, is also currently chairman of the board for BlackArrow and is a director of Ascent Capital Group. He was previously non-executive chairman of the Board for BigBand Networks and a member of the Canoe Ventures advisory board.

At the same time ThinkAnalytics has hired Nancy Pingitore as vice president of sales. She was previously VP of distribution for the Tennis Channel.
