Aviion releases new version of OTT platform

Croatian over-the-top TV technology specialist Aviion has launched version 4.0 of its Aviion OTT platform.

The latest version of Aviion’s technology includes optional cloud optimisation, allowing smaller operators the option of hosting their entire system remotely as a cloud service, unified OTT and IPTV, a wider range of client devices including PC, Mac, Android and iOS tablets and smartphones, Smart TVs, set-tops and games consoles, interactive and recording features, the ability to group and segment customers, asset management, recommedations and social integration.

Aviion 4.0 will be immediately available worldwide, either in cloud and local installations, or as trial demos for clients. The platform will be on show at the TV Connect event in London next week.
