Dutch film and TV distributor Dutch FilmWorks has chosen Technicolor to provide digital asset management and workflow.
Technicolor will provide, through its MediAffinity solution, services including tape and file-based ingest, asset storage and management for metadata and subtitles, compression and authoring, subtitling and delivery to eleven platforms, including iTunes.
The MediAffinity agreement is an extension of an existing Technicolor Home Entertainment Services contract to provie disc replication and distribution for Dutch FilmWorks.
Dutch FilmWorks distributes films, series and documentaries in cinemas, on DVD/Blu-ray, video-on-demand and pay and free TV.
