MTS launches digital cable in new cities

Russian service provider MTS has launched digital cable services in 10 cities in central Russia.

MTS is now offering digital services in the cities of Vladimir, Ivanovo, Kaluga, Ryazan, Smolensk, Tambov, Tver, Orel, Kursk and Belgorod. MTS offers a basic package of 76 channels and a number of thematic packages.
