EBU to highlight public service future-proofing

The European Broadcasting Union (EBU) says it will highlight the importance of future-proofing to the continuing success of public service media at IBC.

In addition, the EBU Technology and Innovation Department will underscore its three core goals in support of public service media: to reduce costs, increase reach and enhance viewers’ experience.

New this year on the EBU’s stand will be a presentation theatre, where visitors can see half-hourly presentations on spectrum policy, FIMS and broadband delivery.
