Miramax has expanded its global sales team with the appointment of Mathilde Rottier as vice-president, worldwide television.
Stuart Shaw has joined the studio as director, international sales and marketing, while Astrid De Berardinis and Alexandra Tullberg have been appointed directors of sales.
Rottier, who joins from MGM Worldwide TV Group were she was vice-president, will be based at Miramax’s Santa Monica headquarters. Shaw, previously commercial director of Paramount Home Entertainment will be based at Miramax’s London sales office.
De Berardinis will be responsible for sales in France, Italy, and Spain, with Tullberg covering the UK and Nordic region
“Mathilde has strong experience with a broad range of television partners. She is an excellent ambassador of the Miramax brand and we look forward to her added contributions as she assumes broader responsibilities licensing our content worldwide television outlets. We are also pleased to continue the expansion of our London office with the additions of Alexandra, Astrid and Stuart. They will serve as key sales liaisons with European and Middle Eastern providers as we introduce our lasting and modern films to many territories for the first time,” said Joe Patrick, head of worldwide sales at Miramax.
