UPC Direct welcomes Da Vinci

UPC Direct, the DTH platform operated by Liberty Global, expanded its HD line-up with the addition of educational channel Da Vinci U.

The channel, which airs various learning and science programming, was originally launched in Poland in 2007 and has subsequently aired across Romania, Turkey, Hungary, Ukraine, Slovenia, Bulgaria and Macedonia.

The channel has been added to UPC Direct’s HD package.
