French Free likes Facebook on TV


French ISP Iliad Telecom has launched a free application that allows its customers to access Facebook on their TVs.

The app optimises use of the social network on the TV set via its Freebox Révolution IPTV service, allowing user to post updates, see pictures and interact with friends.

The launch follows that of an app offering TV-optimised use of the micro-blogging site Twitter over TV last month.
