ITV linked to Endemol bid


ITV is being linked to bid for production and distribution group Endemol.

UK reports suggest that the UK commercial broadcaster could take control by taking on Endemol’s debt, which is thought to stand at about US$2 billion (€1.4 billion). UK newspaper reports also suggest that ITV is evaluating the possibility of a joint venture with Endemol shareholder Mediaset.
