Swisscom reveals VOD usage figures

Swisscom has revealed that it had approximately 3,000,000 VOD requests from its Swissom TV customers in the first half of the year.

That figure was up from just over 1,500,000 requests for the same period a year earlier and just under 2,500,000 during the second half of 2010.

Swisscom TV offers about 5,000 VOD titles, with prices for movies starting from CHF1.50 (€1.26) for a kids title and premium movies costing up to CHF7.50.
