BT has revealed that its TV customer base has now passed the 600,000 mark. While the telco didn’t provide any further details in its first quarter results, it has added subscribers since March when it reported 575,000 BT Vision subscribers.
BT also added 141,000 broadband subscribers during the first quarter. It also attracted 71,000 customers to its high-speed broadband service BT Infinity.
The telco reported first quarter revenues of £4.764 billion (€5.4 billion), down 5% year-on-year. EBITDA was up 3%, however, to £1.436 billion.
