CTC Media launches VOD app



Russian broadcaster CTC Media has launched a mobile application for its Videomore social network video-on-demand platform.

The broadcaster, which operates the CTC, Domashny and DTV channels as well as Channel 31 in Kazakhstan, has launched an iPhone app, which is available via Apple’s App Store, and an Android app, available via the Android Market. The application will allow mobile phone users to access a raft of series and movies from CTC’s online service.
