Outdoor Channel heads to Russia

Chello Zone’s Outdoor Channel has launched in Russia.

The channel, which airs programming about outdoor activities, including fishing, hunting, off-road driving and wilderness adventure, has launched in high definition on National Cable Network’s OnLime pay TV platform in Moscow. Outdoor Channel is also available in standard definition on NTV-Plus’s DTH service as part of a new package called Otkritie.

The launch of Outdoor Channel in Russia follows the network’s debut via satellite in Scandinavia last month and its launch on Orbit Showtime Network in the Middle East last year.
