Stay UpdatedBT adds 3D movies to IPTV service

British telco BT has inked a deal with NBC Universal that will allow it to launch 3D movies on its BT Vision IPTV service. The agreement gives BT rights to all 3D movie titles that NBCU will release over the next year.
Titles include Step Up 3D and Despicable Me. The deal was inked with NBC Universal International Television Distribution. Separately, the telco has inked a deal with Vertigo for its 3D movie StreetDance. BT will make the titles available on-demand.
