KDG adds new HD channels

German cable operator Kabel Deutschland (KDG) has added six new HD channels to its programming line-up.

KDG is now offering Fox HD, National Geographic Channel HD, Sport1 HD, Syfy HD and two TNT channels from Turner (TNT Serie HD and TNT Film HD) to its customers.

The latest additions take the total HD channels offered by KDG to 15. The cable operator already offers public channels Das Erste HD, ZDF HD and Arte HD as well as Discovery HD, Disney Cinemagic HD, Eurosport HD, History HD, Sky Cinema HD and Sky Sport HD from Sky Deutschland. The new channels are available as part of an HD pack for €9.90 a month.
