CSA agrees new conditions for 13ème Rue

French media regulator the CSA has agreed new production obligations for Universal Networks International-owned crime and detective series channel 13ème Rue.

In place of an annual obligation to spend €100,000 on original production in France with independent producers, the channel will be obliged to invest 18% of its overall spend on original production. The channel will also have to inform the CSA each year about its willingness to meet a commitment to show a minimum of 52 feature-length films for the coming year.
