Croatia has announced that it has completed digital switchover, with the countrys D4 region, encompassing Zagreb and the surrounding area, Sisak and Krapina-Zagorje county, switching off analogue services via high-power transmitters in the morning of October 5.
CroatiaÂs digital transition was completed in just under a year, having kicked off on January 26 in Istria and Primorje-Gorski Kotar county.
Croatia will however continue to deliver analogue signals to about 6,000 households in areas outside digital coverage via low-power transmitters until the end of the year.
