Vivolta reaches breakeven

French women-focused channel Vivolta has reached breakeven three years after its creation, according to local reports.

The channel turned in a profit of €25,000 on revenues of €3.8m for the first half of the year. The channel, which is distributed by CanalSat and Numéricable, originally targeted at the ‘baby boomer’ demographic, changed its target audience and received €700,000 in new finance last summer.
