German cable operator Unitymedia has upgraded the cable network in the Hesse city of Frankfurt.
The DOCSIS 3.0-based network will allow Unitymedia to offer up to 128Mbps internet along with digital TV and phone services in the city and surrounding area.
UPC and Ziggo have said they will cooperate with the regulator.
