Bulgarian telco BTC, which operates under the Vivacom brand, will today launch its planned DTH service, according to reports.
Vivacom TV will offer three packages, delivered via Intelsats satellite network. Start will cost BGN9.8 (Â5) per month for 40 TV channels, including bTV Cinema, Fox Life, sports channel RING.bg and Animal Planet. The most expensive package at BGN17.80 per month, Vivacom TV Extra, will include 70 channels. The company plans to add HD channels soon.
The launch of Vivacom TV will turn the company into a quad-play provider as it already offers internet, telephony and mobile telephony services.
