Comstar-UTS begins MTS transition with new offers

Russian service provider Comstar-UTS has begun marketing new services under the MTS brand as it begins to transition to a unified brand under mobile operator MTS’s control.

Comstar has launched new MTS Stream-branded “five-star” broadband and combined broadband and pay-TV services in 52 cities, with a range of price incentives including six months of cable TV for RUB123 (€3) a month and internet services from RUB190 a month.
