Vintage TV signs Getty deal for music videos

Vintage TV, a new digital channel for the UK, has signed a deal with Getty Images to use various images and videos that will be incorporated into new music videos.

The channel, which launches on September 1, will be dedicated to pop culture from the 1940s to the 1980s, with a focus on music videos. It will use Getty to create music videos for songs that charted earlier than 1976 when promotional videos were not made.
