Accedo launches connected TV apps

Interactive TV specialist Accedo Broadband has announced plans to introduce a range of applications for TV operators to make their offering available over connected TV devices, including TVs, Blu-ray players and other OTT devices.

Accedo said it had developed a framework to enable the development and integration of apps on various client platforms and back-end solutions.
