Livestation launches Boxee app

TV news aggregator Livestation is launching an app on Boxee, the internet TV media centre software for Mac, Windows, Linux and AppleTV.

The Livestation app is available on all versions of Boxee. It will deliver live news from sources including BBC, Al-Jazeera, France 24 and Frontline. Livestation has also added a Flash web player and a premium model that charges £4.99 (€6) a month per channel for higher quality pictures. It is currently only open to Mac and Linux users.
