Eurosport has expanded global distribution of its Eurosport 2 channel after signing a deal with Israeli cable operator Hot.
Hot is distributing the international version of Eurosport 2 in English and a Russian language version targeting the Russian community in Israel.
Eurosport 2 launched in 2005 and is now distributed to over 44 million households in 47 countries. It broadcasts a range of sports, including Basketball, American Football, Australian Football, beach soccer, Grand Slam tennis, WWE, snowboarding, surfing and World and UK Superbike Championships.
