Aster acquires business telco

Polish cable operator Aster has acquired a 100% stake in telco Mediatel 4B from Mediatel Capital Group.

The company provides telecommunication services to business customers and Aster plans to use the company to boost revenues from its Aster Business unit, which provides services in Warsaw, Krakow and Zielona Gora. Mediatel 4B will be integrated into Aster Business by the fourth quarter.
