MTV signs deal for Georgian branded block

MTV Networks International (MTVNI) has announced a deal with Georgian commercial broadcaster Rustavi2 that will see the country airing MTV’s first-ever branded block. 

MTVNI has sold over 600 hours of programming to Rustavi2, including series Punk’d, Pimp My Ride, Cribs, Jersey Shore and Paris Hilton BFF. As part of the deal, Rustavi2 also gets the rights to localise and package the content as part of an MTV branded block.
