Multimedia Polska looking to acquire

Multimedia Polska, the third largest cable operator in Poland, is eyeing the acquisition of regional cabler Stream Communications, according to reports.

The move would increase Multimedia Polska’s reach in the Warminsko-Mazurskie and Podkarpackie regions of the country and would mean that Multimedia Polska would become the second largest cable operator in the country, overtaking second-placed Vectra. Stream Communications is currently owned by investment fund Penta.
