French pay-TV provider Canal Plus has failed to win its appeal to the countrys Conseil dÂEtat over media regulator the CSAÂs demand that it make changes to its EPG.
The CSA had demanded that the pay-TV operator placed channels available on the digital-terrestrial platform in the same order on the EPG of its digital bouquet CanalSat that they appeared on DTT.
