Polish police swoop on suspected pay-TV pirate

Polish police have arrested a man suspected of pirating the Cyfra Plus and Cyfrowy Polsat DTH services.

Police seized Zduñskiej Woli’s home computer, a laptop, two set-top boxes and various conditional access cards. The suspect is thought to have made encrypted channels available illegally over the internet to nearly 80 people and has been threatened with a three-year prison term.
