TV technology firm NDS has invested in BlackArrow, a provider of advertising solutions for TV platforms.
The ad company raised US$20m (14.8m) in all in a round of finance raising, which was led by NDS. BlackArrow said that it will use the cash to expand product development and the deployment of its ad solutions to broadcasters and on-demand operators. NDS and BlackArrow have also formed a strategic alliance to offer a suite of advertising services. Following the investment, NDS has a seat on the BlackArrow board.
