Dutch cable operator Ziggo ended 2009 with a total of 4.7 million TV customers, of which 1.6 million received digital services, up from 1.1 million a year earlier.
The operator posted full-year figures that show 1.5 million broadband customers at the end of 2009, up from 1.4 million, and 999,000 telephony customers, an increase of nearly 200,000. Ziggo had a total of 7.2 million RGUS at the end of the year, generating revenue of 1.28bn, up from Â1.24bn a year earlier. Recurring EBITDA was up Â19m to Â696m.
