Belgian operator Billi has launched a new IPTV service as part of a triple-play offering, based on a turnkey solution from Alpha Networks, middleware from Orca Interactive and content protection from Viaccess.
The new service offers 60 linear channels and includes time-shifting and PVR features, as well as a three-screen user experience. More details on service footprint, content and expansion plans are expected to be available shortly.
Viaccess and Orca Interactive, its subsidiary company, will provide conditional access and DRM solutions including Orcas IP native TV-middleware RiGHTV to Alpha Networks.
