Various parties show Primacom interest

German telco Versatel and cable operator Unitymedia are amongst those interested in acquiring Primacom following an announcement that it will run out of cash this summer.

According to a Financial Times Deutschland report, the companies, along with various investment outfits, are examining Primacom’s books. The cable operator is 90.49% owned by Luxembourg-based Escalline Holding.
