Freeview HD TVs from Sony hit UK stores
The first TV set with an integrated Freeview HD tuner will hit UK stores this week.
Sony is providing a range of Bravia models capable of picking up Freeview HD signals, with screen sizes varying from 32 inches to 60 inches. Sony said that 75% of its 2010 Bravia range will come with Freeview HD, while the Bravia NX803 also gives access to Sonys Bravia Internet Video service via a broadband connection. The manufacturer currently has content deals with broadcaster Five and expects to add movies from Lovefilm soon.
