TF1 gets 100% control of EurosportBET.com

French commercial broadcaster TF1 has acquired the 50% stake held by investment fund Serendipity in SPS, the online gaming specialist behind EurosportBET.com.
The EurosportBET.com service was launched in the UK in June last year. The deal gives TF1 100% control of the company.
