Tata Communications has agreed to acquire UK telco BTs BT Mosaic business, which provides an on-demand digital media management platform that manages content and workflow from productions through to distribution.
The Mosaic business is targeted at production houses, digital media publishers, content service providers and TV channels. It enables organisations to manage content creation and multi-format delivery of content.
India-based Tata Communications owns the Tata Global Network, connecting over 200 countries across 400 points of presence.
