EuroDOCSIS 3.0 certification for Motorola and Cisco

European cable technology body Euro Cable Labs has certified  new EuroDOCSIS 3.0 products from Motorola and Cisco.

Motorola’s SB6180E and SBG6580E cable modems have won EuroDOCSIS 3.0 certification, while Motorola’s SBV6180E EMTA and Cisco’s EPC3925 EMTA have won EuroDOCSIS 300 and EuroPacketCable 1.5 certification.

Separately, the Motorola SBG941UE cable modem and DVB-C set-top integrated modems from Humax (HDPVR9000C) and Thomson (DCI8x31) have been awarded EuroDOCSIS 2.0 certification.
