French pay-TV operator CanalSat has made its web TV service available to non-subscribers and added new channels.
CanalSat Web TV, which offers about 80 channels to view online, launched in Autumn 2008 and was originally only available to CanalSat customers subscribing to the five star package. It is now being made available to three and four star subscribers for 7 per month. Those without a CanalSat subscription can now also access the service for Â25 per month. Customers can stop and reactivate their online subscriptions at any point.
CanalSat has also added new channels to the Web TV line-up including anime channels KZTV and Gong TV, Nat Geo Music, MTV Scan and MTV Shake your Booty. Customers can also access CanalSatÂs African bouquet, featuring nine thematic channels, for an additional Â8 per month.
