Warner Bros. launches Finnish SVOD

Hollywood Studio Warner Bros. has launched two branded subscription video-on-demand services on the Elisa Viihde pay-TV service operated by Finnish telco Elisa. There will be a dedicated TV series offering and a separate movie-themed service, WarnerTV and WarnerFilms respectively.

The TV service will have about 500 episodes of Warners’ shows including instalments of Friends, Two and a Half Men and The O.C. The movie service will have about 150 films. The TV service is priced at €2.90 a month and the movie service €4.90.
