Set-top vendor Humax has revealed plans for a range of new service for its Freesat and Freeview boxes for the UK retail market.
At a preview event, Humax unveiled the its latest Freeview HD device the HD-Fox T2, which is set for a first quarter 2010 launch. It also revealed plans to launch a Freeview HD DVR with a 500GB hard disk drive in time for the World Cup next June. The company also made a demonstration of the BBCs catch-up service iPlayer running on the Foxsat-HD and Foxsat-HDR Freesat boxes.
