MTG announces share changes

Nordic broadcaster Modern Times Group has issued 6,440 new Class B shares.

The total number of Class A shares remains unchanged at 7,930,701, whilst the total number of Class B shares increased in November to 57,966,114 from 57,959,674.

The total number of voting rights has consequently increased to 138,123,124 from 138,116,684, and the total share capital now amounts to SEK333,734,075 (€31.8m).
