Sky considers acquisitions

UK pay-TV operator BSkyB is considering making acquisitions in order to boost returns to its shareholders, CEO Jeremy Darroch told delegates at a conference in Barcelona.

He said the company would be open to acquisition opportunities as long as they delivered good financial returns. However, Darroch added that international expansion was not a priority for Sky because of the growth potential in the UK.
