German cable operator Kabel BW has launched a promotion to celebrate reaching half a million CleverKabel internet and telephony subscribers.
New subscribers taking the CleverKabel 50 bundle, which includes a pay-TV package, up to 50Mbps broadband and unlimited phone calls, will pay just 30 per month instead of the usual price of Â49.90 for the first year and receive a free DVR. Kabel BW said the DVR is worth Â249.99 and customers will save an additional Â230 over the first 12 months of their subscription.
