Lattelecom extends high-speed network

Latvian telco Lattelecom has completed building a next-generation network in the Riga suburb of Ziepniekkalns, connecting about 9,000 apartments to up to 100Mbps internet services.

Lattelecom has already built out its fibre network to about 65,000 households in the Zolitûdç, Pïavniekos, Íengarags, Purvciems and Ziepniekkalns districts, with plans to pass about 100,000 homes in Riga and the surrounding area in the near future.
