TF1 boss leaves over differences of opinion


Axel Duroux, managing director of TF1 is leaving the French free-to-air broadcaster. Local press cited “strategic differences of opinion” with TF1 chairman Nonce Paolini.

Duroux’s appointment at TF1 earlier this year stirred controversy and previous employers M6 said in June that it would take legal action to address an alleged conflict of interest. Duroux has also worked at Endemol France.
