Latvian cable operator Baltkom will carry a new Latvian-language childrens channel, Multimania, on October 10, replacing Jetix.
Multimania, the first locally-produced childrenÂs channel in the Baltic States and a spin-off of a Russian channel of the same name, will also be offered in local-language variations in neighbouring Estonia and Lithuania, with the Russian-language version also to be provided. The channel, which is aimed at children between three and 14 years old, is also available in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
