CSA to give TF1 decision next week

France’s audiovisual watchdog the CSA will give its decision on the acquisition by French commercial broadcaster TF1 of digital terrestrial television  channels NT1 and TMC, owned by AB Groupe, by the end of next week.

If the deal gets the green light, TF1 will control half of the local DTT TV channels. The CSA started its investigation earlier this month.
