Ball eyes £30m for top ITV job
Former BSkyB boss Tony Ball is holding out for a package worth £30m (Â33m) over five years before agreeing to become CEO of UK commercial broadcaster ITV, according to press reports.
According to The Daily Telegraph, shareholders are unhappy that Ball turned down an offer of a £20m package on top of a salary of £1m. Ball is apparently prepared to invest £2m of his own money in stock.Â
